Ebay item 5/27/16 www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-XJ6-Original-Style-/121998038565
Current bid US $1,525, no reserve, 17 bids 6 days left in auction.
Sellers description:
This is a beautiful Jaguar XJ6 that purchased early in late 1987 and did a conversion to a Chevy 350 engine and transmission. I started driving the car on 13 Aug 88 when the mileage was 22888 miles. I kept a log of the vehicle till 03 1992, when I sold it to a good friend of mine (Steve Waddlington). He kept a partial log of what he did on the vehicle until October of 04. About 2 months ago he died, and I repurchased the car from his widow and drove it back to Visalia (about 200 miles). Steve was a perfectionist, and had worked on and improved the condition all during this period. Now I'm almost 80 years old, and don't need the car anymore.

Seller's description:
1973 Jaguar XJ6, Series 1New 350 Chevrolet crate motor 5000 miles ago with Eldebrock intake and cam, Turbo 350 transmissionUpgraded suspension to all poly bushings and all wear parts replaced 1000 miles agoNew fuel system with metal tubing (not the stock rubber hoses) New brakes, very good tires, new tags. Car has been completely restored. Excellent body, paint and black leather interior.Runs strong, drives excellent Chrome and trim is excellent.I have not finished a few things:The AC does not work (this has not been an issue in my area since it is seldom that hot)The fuel gauge and the clock do not work. There is a very small dent in the passenger rear door, I tried to photo it but it does not show up well. When I bought it the car had a California salvage title. Everything has been checked out, the frame is straight and I have been unable to determine what the damage may have been. the car seems nearly perfect.
