Ebay item 10/10/18
www.ebay.com/itm/1986-Jaguar-XJ6/173580486500
Starting bid: $1,000 no bids, no reserve, 4 days left in auction seller steelmillal, 131k miles.

Seller's description:
Listing a running and drivable 1986 Jaguar 4.2 XJ6.Bought this as a running donor for a hot rod project. Had the GM motor already and learned after I drove it home that 600HP isn't healthy for the alloy hub carriers of these Jags. The engine was a planned coffee table. Never did anything to it beyond drive it for fun. Drove it yesterday! Bought it off a fellow who got it from his stepdad who stored it in a garage for ten years. That's all the history I know. Have had it listed on Coledo Traigslist and get nothing but kids looking for a jag for a grand. I shouldn't be picky but Jags deserve to be appreciated, not ragged out and scraped, unless parted out to use. PLUS, it runs, has lots of usable parts, good tires, nice rims, etc. For someone with a love of S3 Jags, this is gold. They've become rare around here. Clear Michigan title.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
