This 1986 Jaguar XJ6 is said to have remained in storage for ten years prior to the seller’s acquisition in 2022, and it now shows 24k miles. Powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, the car is finished in metallic blue over gray upholstery. Equipment includes 15″ alloy wheels, power-assisted disc brakes, a sunroof, cruise control, an onboard computer, an AM/FM cassette stereo, and automatic climate control. Service since July 2022 is said to have included replacing the air conditioning compressor, fuel pump, fuel tank change-over switch, air mass meter, battery, and fuel return valves. This XJ6 is now offered at no reserve with manufacturer’s literature, a jack kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in metallic blue with silver pinstripes, and additional exterior details include quad headlights, a power-operated sunroof, power-adjustable mirrors, and dual polished exhaust outlets. The seller notes paint chips on the exterior and that one of the rubber window seals is loose. The majority of the listing photos were taken in 2022.

The silver-finished 15″ wheels feature gray accents and Growler center caps and are wrapped in 215/70 Pirelli P4000 tires. The car is equipped with independent suspension at all four corners along with power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in gray upholstery, and wood veneer trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Additional appointments include cruise control, an onboard computer, an AM/FM cassette stereo, automatic climate control, and power windows and locks. The seller states that the wood trim around the shifter has been replaced. Cracks are shown in the wood trim on the glove box door.

Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a 5,500-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-dight mechanical odometer shows 24k miles, approximately 69 of which were added during current ownership.

The fuel-injected 4.2L inline-six was rated at 176 horsepower and 219 lb-ft of torque when new. The air conditioning compressor, fuel pump, fuel tank change-over switch, air mass meter, and fuel return valves are said to have been replaced in July 2023, and the seller states that the battery was replaced in preparation for the sale.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission.

Manufacturer’s literature, a Jaguar Total Driving Experience cassette tape, and a jack kit are included in the sale.
