Car to be at auction 6/26
www.handh.co.uk/auction/lot/lot-20---1984-daimler-double-six-twr-evocation/
17th Jun, 2026 Kelham Hall, Newark, Nottinghamshire
1984 Daimler Double Six 'TWR' Evocation
Registration No: A513 EPG
Chassis No: SADDDRLW3CC387313
MOT: April 2027
In the current ownership since 1993
Previously subject to a body restoration which included the fitment of the current TWR bodykit and alloy wheels
Supplied with a thick history file detailing expenditure in the vendor's ownership
First registered on the 4th May 1984, this handsome Daimler Double Six was in the custody of 6 keepers prior to our vendor acquiring it during 1993. Understood to have been supplied new in its current hue of Silver over an Oatmeal interior, it has been cherished by the vendor over his 33-year custodianship of it and has looked after most of the servicing work himself. Other, more major works were outsourced, including an engine overhaul reputedly performed by marque specialist Richard Beatty around five years ago. Straight after the engine works, the Jaguar was laid up until a major recommission took place, which included the fitment of the recently acquired TWR body kit plus a complete repaint, and the fitment of new brake callipers all round.
Now offered for sale due to the advancing age of its owner, this handsome looking car comes with its current V5c, several MoTs dating back to the 1990s, a string of tax discs also dating back to then, several invoices from various Jaguar parts suppliers, plus the correct TWR spoiler which the vendor opted not to fit as it requires cutting to fit the enlarged boot plinth of the Daimler specified car.
