I've had this car since Christmas 1979. In the early 80's I repowered it with a modified 406 Chevy V-8 and an automatic overdrive. The new engine was much lighter, requiring cutting of front coils. It was originally dark brown, and I resprayed it red & peeled off the vinyl, also early 80's.

It has been stored indoors on jackstands since 1994, and will one day be resurrected. The interior will be redone, and it awaits installation of a 6.0 LS motor, along with a 6-speed. If anyone has a manual-trans pedal assembly for me, that would greatly help.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
