This British Racing Green XJ6C Coupe is an unrestored example that is one of the best driving Jaguars that you will ever find. This XJ6C has an excellent body that has withstood time well. The paint finish still holds a wonderful shine and has not lost its shape to rust. I do not want to say it is perfect because it is not but nice just the same. The vinyl top is the original one and will need to be replaced. The good news is the fact that it is original with no bumps underneath it or a replaced top covering disastrous sins. The chrome is still bright but shows its age upon close examination. This Jaguar is complete on the outside with all its correct markings. Inside is the original Biscuit leather with obvious wear to the drivers seat in particular. Again original so when you replace it you will note what is correct and what isn't. There is a missing chrome strip on the door panel but it is in the trunk along with the wiper arms (bad blades) and the battery box cover. The best news is that this Jaguar is simply wonderful to drive. There are not any fuel pump or fuel tank issues. It starts with a manual choke warms up nicely and runs the best. The engine is as nice as you will find. I have owned 7 coupes in the last few years and this is the one I kept because it is pretty and drives so well. There are no undercarriage issues, however some idiot put a floor jack under the right front floorboard and bent it up. It is an easy fix and I should have done this by now but even doing minor tasks is more that I can handle. I have far too many cars to keep up with and that is the only reason why I am selling now. My reserve is far under what I thing this car is worth so please bid to own.
