Sellers description:
Great condition classic Jaguar XJ6 Vanden Plas (premier coach built in UK). 6 cyl , automatic, 4.2L engine dual gas tank, trip computer, premium interior. Original Wood Grain dash and doors.

Condition:
Car is very clean inside / out. Interior seats are in great condition for age, not cracked, duct taped, or re-upholstered, ceiling lining is original not ripped and clean, back seats like really great, door panels are very clean and well cared.

Engine is strong, with 142K original miles, weekend car, short miles commuter. Had a lot of work done to it.

New Radiator Overflow Bottle ($325 +)
Air-Flow meter work
Electrical relay replacements (Most old Lucas relays should be replaced on these older Jags, some still original I would replace)
Cooling system maintenance, radiator flush, tested

Car was side swiped and has small scratch on driver side door
Car has been stored for several months so I would recommend an oil change
Because the battery no longer holds charge the Stereo is not operable needs a factory code, I was told a Jaguar dealership can provide
I would recommend a full detail including wax / buff of the paint

Clean Title, no liens, not salvaged or rebuilt, or anything. Original car and motor, original miles. Title will be assigned when payment is confirmed.

Long Term
The car is a perfect full restore considering the solid interior, exterior and low mile original engine. Minor imperfections depend on your tolerance, of course fixing the side scratch and other minor aesthetic issues would be something I did. Otherwise as a daily commuter
the car is great, maintenance is low (oil change, sparks, wires, points, filters etc, and once every other year a valve adjustment and injector service).
