This is an exceptionally well-kept, great-looking sport luxury automobile, one of the finest series that Jaguar makes. This car says a lot about its owner and has been renowned in the world as a symbol of prestige and class, as well as having great performance.

The vehicle has been made and assembled entirely in England! It's been very well kept and serviced!. It’s a great color combo with a blue metallic exterior and grey leather interior which adds a lot of luxury appeal to it.

Judging by the miles and the condition of the car, it has been mostly used on the highway and it has also been garage kept!

There are no reported manufacturer defects on this vehicle. A never-smoked-in-before beauty that looks great and smells clean.

The engine is an exceptional inline 4.2L - one of the most powerful in the segment of that time - runs strong and smooth provides the power you have come to expect from a Jaguar. The transmission has the Jaguar mark on it as well and shifts like on a new car, no skips or slips on shifts - actually it does it so smoothly that you can't feel it shifting. The car runs great! The engine compartment is clean.

All the electrical options appear to be in working order.

Car returns to ebay 1/8/23

www.ebay.com/itm/295461266465

Opening bid $10,000, no bids, 6 days left in auction, seller benthedigikid, car now in Tyler, Texas, 106k miles.

Seller's description:

I purchased this car a little over a year ago. It got it from a dealer in Pennsylvania who had bought it at auction where it was sent by the original owner. So really, I am the second owner.

Here is a list of everything I know, or have done to the car myself.

New paint 2-3 yrs ago

Tires have approximately 75% tread left and are only 3-4 yrs old

The new parts installed by me:

-main ignition coil

-correctly rated spark plugs

-coolant heater valve (for A/C system)

-coolant thermostat

-coolant reservoir & its hoses

-water temperature sensor & the sender

-the battery

-shifter knob (wood)

-blinker relay

-horn

-headlight lenses and halogen bulbs (an upgrade from the original sealed beam lamps that were very dim)

-ignition key (new copy)

-fuel filter

-engine air filter

-every single light (54 bulbs total!)

-chrome wipers (last forever, just replace the rubber)

-all fluids: engine oil & filter, brake, transmission oil, coolant, power steering, (everything except the rear differential gear oil).

The distributor/cap/rotor/wires look new so they must have been replaced in the past 2-4 years.

Only two items do not work/operate and need to be serviced or replaced; the parking/emergency brake (the caliper is seized and leaks a little fluid) & the cruise control (I have tried another module and replaced the vacuum bellow and hose but still doesn't work. I suspect the main switch is faulty.)

The windows have been tinted within the legal limit in Texas.

The original sound system works fine and has no issues!

It has always been kept very clean in my ownership.

With all of the work, service, adjustments and replacements, it truly does run excellent!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
