This 1986 Jaguar XJ6 is finished in black over beige leather upholstery and is powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The Pininfarina-styled bodywork is finished in black and features a Leaper hood ornament, a power sunroof, a power antenna, power-adjustable side mirrors, bright trim, and dual exhaust outlets. There are swirl marks and scratches in the paint.

The 15″ Kent vented alloy wheels are mounted with Kumho tires, and braking is handled by ventilated front and solid inboard rear discs.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in beige leather, while burl wood accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior equipment includes a JVC stereo, a trip computer, front bucket seats, automatic climate control, and power windows and locks. The burl wood interior trim is cracked and peeling, the driver’s seat bottom is damaged, and the seller notes drilled holes in the center console.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5k-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 144k miles, approximately 70k of which were added under current ownership.

The 4.2-liter inline-six is said to have been rebuilt and was factory rated at 205 horsepower and 231 lb-ft of torque. The hood insulation has deteriorated, and the spark plugs were replaced in 2021.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a BorgWarner three-speed automatic transmission. There is corrosion on the underside components, some areas of which have been painted black.
