This car was gifted to me by my mother-in-law in December 2013 in Los Angeles, CA. I then shipped it to the lower Hudson Valley in New York. I have been working to bring the car back to having all of its factory original function and performance. It is a driving work in progress.

I sold the car just the other day. I have always wanted a new MINI since they came out in this country. I found a deal that I could not pass up and since I don't have need for two holes in the driveway to throw money into I parted with the one that hurts my back when I drive it. It was an, err, pleasure owning and working on the XJ6. It will be missed, probably like a bad rash. Fare thee well Jank the Jankitty Haguar!!

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
