This Jaguar XJ6 4.2 coupe has been with the present owner since 1994 and, as the previous owner bought it in 1985, one can see that it has had only two owners in the last fifteen years. The mileage of 79900 miles is fully documented and warranted from new. Many of the old MOT certificates are available, together with all the bills for work that has been carried out on the car since the present owner bought it.

The previous owner restored it in 1990 and it comes with a full photographic record which shows the bodywork restoration and repaint. The carpets and the headlining have been replaced, the leather upholstery has been fully renovated and the engine and automatic transmission have been fully overhauled and, we are informed that it runs perfectly well on unleaded petrol.

These cars are a good every day practical classic and this one, which has had thousands of pounds spent on it over the years, should prove to be a very good buy for someone today.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
